Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at kyle@notedfy.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your return is approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered as multiple items over separate deliveries, the 14-day period begins from the day you receive the last item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

  • Emailing us at kyle@notedfy.com with your order number, or
  • Completing and submitting the withdrawal request available through your account or our website

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised items (for example, notebooks with personalised foiling, initials, or bespoke specifications), or to gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
